The department of Civil Engineering started in the year 2008. The primary objective of the department has been to impart quality education, training and research at the undergraduate and postgraduate in Structural Engineering with broad emphasis on design aspects of roads and building . The Department presently offers UG Programme B.Tech with an intake of 120 and a PG programmes Structural Engineering with an intake of 30 . The Department has been accredited by NBA in 2016 for three years and reaccredited in 2019 UG and 2018 for PG , for excellence in engineering education.
